The role requires basic reading/writing in English, ability to stand for long periods, and comfort using a smartphone app for scheduling and reporting. Training will be provided, with opportunities to advance within Kroger store networks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English with good reading and writing skills.
• Ability to read plan-o-grams and understand store layouts.
• Smartphone with internet access and ability to use related apps.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams and new item tags; prepare work area for section reset.
• Break down sections to optimize shopper flow.
• Re-position shelving per updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and report completion to supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and store staff.
