We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sheetmetal Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing sheetmetal parts and structures for a variety of projects in the aerospace and defense industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements and materials needed
  • Measure and mark sheetmetal according to specifications using measuring tools and equipment
  • Cut, bend, and shape sheetmetal using various hand and power tools
  • Weld, solder, and rivet sheetmetal parts together to form structures
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge
