Quality Labor Management is seeking experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our team. These roles are based in Jacksonville, TX; Cuero, TX; and Teague, TX, with per diem compensation.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of HVAC sheet metal experience, strong knowledge of blueprints and systems, and proficiency with hand and power tools. The job requires independent work and teamwork, good communication, and physical ability for manual labor.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the necessary amount of material required to complete projects.
• Measure and cut material.
• Operate all equipment necessary to complete projects including milling machines, saws, drills, etc.
• Inspect and maintain material quality.
• Document and submit work orders as necessary.
• Work as a team with other employees to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform regular housekeeping.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

As an HVAC Sheet Metal mechanic, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure all work meets the highest standards of safety and quality. This position is in Jacksonville, Tx | Cuero, Tx | Teague, Tx and Paying Per diem.

Qualifications of a Sheet Metal Mechanic:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

These positions are offering Per diem.
