Job summary

Bahnson Mechanical Systems, part of EMCOR Group, seeks a Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our installation teams on commercial projects. You will guide field crews, read blueprints, and coordinate with project leaders to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial sheetmetal, 3+ years in team leadership, and experience with duct systems, piping, and refrigeration. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sheetmetal experience.
• 3+ years of leading construction teams.
• Experience supervising installation of sheet metal, duct systems, piping, and refrigeration projects.
• Experience with mechanical, refrigeration, steam, and condensate systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate installations on commercial job sites, ensuring quality and safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specs to guide installation.
• Review BIM drawings to understand models.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and PMs to meet timelines and budgets.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to meet standards.
• Compile materials lists and manage tools and safety equipment.
• Lead and train crew members while maintaining productivity and morale.
• Monitor jobsite safety and report violations.
