Job summary

DynaTen Corporation, a Comfort Systems USA Company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, is seeking a Foreman - Sheetmetal to lead crews installing commercial HVAC ductwork and related components. You will plan, coordinate with trades, manage safety, and ensure quality on each job.

The role emphasizes mentoring field staff, using drawings and schedules to drive productive work, and maintaining strong communication with project teams. A minimum of 5 years in sheetmetal leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical construction experience with sheetmetal leadership.
• Ability to read project schedules, drawings, and specs; manage safety and productivity.
• Knowledge of codes, testing requirements, and quality standards.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and construction software for drawings and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more crews on HVAC ductwork and related equipment.
• Plan daily work using drawings, schedules, and information on site constraints.
• Coordinate with project management, general contractors, and other trades.
• Verify installations against drawings and specifications; drive corrective actions.
• Coach employees, assign work, and document performance; support pre-task planning.
