DynaTen Corporation is seeking a Journeyman - Sheetmetal to install and service commercial HVAC ductwork on construction projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role reports to the Foreman - Sheetmetal and emphasizes safe, precise, and productive work while mentoring apprentices.

You will read and apply drawings and specs, coordinate with trades, and ensure quality workmanship. Opportunities for growth into operations or leadership exist within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and apply construction drawings, specifications and codes.
• Plan daily tasks and coordinate with Foreman and other trades.
• Coach apprentices in safety and workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install ductwork and sheet-metal components.
• Interpret drawings and specifications; resolve conflicts before installation.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and productive work and support testing/commissioning.
