Job summary

General Formulations is seeking a production operator to set up machines per sales orders and travelers, and to package sheets on the correct skids. The role includes labeling, data entry in Epicor, and maintaining overall quality and safety on the production floor.

The candidate should be able to read orders, understand packaging requirements, and work well in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand sales orders and job travelers.
• Attention to detail and safe work habits are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up machine per sales orders and travelers; verify material match.
• Pack sheets on correct skids per customer specifications.
• Move finished skids to case packing area when needed.
• Clean machine and perform basic maintenance as required.
• Record data in Epicor; track rolls and inventory accurately.
• Create part labels with Epicor, Bartender, and Label Matrix.
• Ensure proper safety practices and PPE are used at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and cooperate with team.
