Job summary

Lewisburg Patterson Company is seeking a dependable Sheeter Operator to assist with the safe operation of sheet­ing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will load rolls, run the sheeter, perform quality checks, and keep detailed production records.

Responsibilities include setup assistance, material handling, ensuring correct materials, and timely documentation. A high school diploma or GED is required along with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Sheeter Operator with setup and operation of sheeting equipment.
• Enter jobs and required information into the sheeting interface.
• Set trim guides and adjust the stacker.
• Ensure proper jogging, alignment, and stacking of paper.
• Verify correct materials are used for each job.
• Enter production information into Management System and spreadsheets.
• Charge paper to the correct job in EFI system.
• Clock in/out per job; monitor production and report issues.
• Follow job specs to ensure accurate, efficient production.
• Maintain organized material staging and safe work area.
• Shred, band, and stage rolls; label with job and backstand numbers.
• Shut down and escalate quality issues when detected.
