Job summary

LPC is seeking a Sheeter Operator in Illinois to support the Lead Sheeter Operator in safe, efficient production. You will load paper rolls, operate the sheeter, and perform quality checks to ensure sheets meet specifications.

The role requires dependability, attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Shift includes Tue–Thu 7:00am–3:00pm and Fri 7:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Forklift and clamp truck experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and error prevention.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Sheeter Operator with setup and operation of sheeting equipment.
• Enter jobs and required information into the sheeting interface and EFI system.
• Set trim guides and adjust the stacker as needed.
• Ensure proper jogging, alignment, and stacking of paper.
• Monitor production, communicate issues to supervisor.
• Maintain organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Load, unload, and organize rolls using forklift and clamp truck.
• Inspect rolls for defects and verify correct materials for each job.
