Outlook Group is seeking a dependable Sheetfed Press Assistant to join the production team in Neenah, WI. You will assist with setup, material prep, and quality checks on a 40" Komori sheetfed press, ensuring safe and efficient production.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work rotating 1st and 2nd shifts. A strong team mindset and reliability are essential for success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous printing, manufacturing, or machine operation experience is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn press operations.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the Press Operator and production team.
• Willingness and ability to work the weekly rotating 1st and 2nd shift schedule.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods and handling materials throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Press Operator with setup and operation of the 40" Komori sheetfed press.
• Prepare paper, ink, plates, and other materials needed for production.
• Load and unload materials and finished product.
• Assist with press wash-ups, color changes, and job changeovers.
• Monitor printed materials for quality and report any issues to the Press Operator.
• Maintain an organized supply of materials at the press.
• Keep the press and surrounding work area clean and organized.
• Follow established safety procedures and production standards.
• Help troubleshoot basic production issues as directed by the Press Operator.
• Complete production documentation as required.
• Work closely with other team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations
