Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a hands-on individual to assist the Press Operator in the day-to-day operation of the printing press. You will contribute to safety compliance and quality standards while maintaining and loading raw materials, ink, and water levels to keep production flowing smoothly.

You will participate in lean initiatives, operate the feeder, and help keep the press and surrounding area clean.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Press Operator in all areas of operation of the printing press.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and follow GMP guidelines.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment.
• Load paper into press and maintain ink and water levels.
• Operate feeder and wash up press, helping keep equipment and area clean.
• Understand department communication, schedules, and time/attendance reporting.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors.
