Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Sheetfed Offset Printing Press Operator in Minnesota. The role requires operating, setting up, adjusting and maintaining a sheetfed press to meet job specs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as an Offset / Gravure Printing Press Operator.
• Ability to do set ups, adjustments, and operate a printing press.
• Troubleshoot and do basic preventative maintenance.
• Change plates, cylinders, adjust blankets, tensioning, make color corrections, etc
• Basic color management skills and the ability to work with different digital file formats.
• Review job specs and quality requirements for accuracy.
• Use of micrometer to mount and align the printing plate correctly.
