Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source is seeking an experienced Printing Press Operator in Minnesota. The role involves operating a Sheetfed Offset Printing Press with responsibilities including setup, adjustments, and color corrections to meet job specs.

Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience with offset/gravure presses, plate changes, and basic preventive maintenance. This is a direct-hire position with benefits and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as an Offset / Gravure Printing Press Operator.
• Ability to do set ups, adjustments, and operate a printing press.
• Troubleshoot and do basic preventative maintenance.
• Change plates, cylinders, adjust blankets, tensioning, color corrections, etc.
• Basic color management skills and the ability to work with different digital file formats.
• Review job specs and quality requirements for accuracy.
• Use of micrometer to mount and align the printing plate correctly.
