Job summary

MJ Morgan Group is seeking an experienced Press Operator to safely and efficiently operate flexographic and rotogravure printing presses.

You will follow customer specifications, monitor process metrics, perform quality checks, document production data, and collaborate with Shift Managers to maintain a clean, safe, and productive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous flexographic or rotogravure printing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
