Oliver Inc in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Sheeter Equipment Specialist to transform rolls into precise press-ready sheets used in premium packaging. You will own the roll-to-sheet process from planning through final skid while championing safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years of sheeting experience, forklift operation, and ERP systems familiarity. You will set and adjust slitters, audit quality, perform maintenance, and mentor teammates to ensure productivity and

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Sheeter Operator in commercial print, paper converting, or manufacturing.
• Deep familiarity with paper grades, sheeting processes, and production workflows.
• Ability to read and apply production orders, work instructions, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll sheeters to deliver exact sheet size, squareness, and finish quality to spec.
• Plan and prioritize work from the daily schedule; consolidate runs for efficiency.
• Inspect rolls for defects and prepare them for production; perform routine maintenance.
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, stretch wrappers, and scanners safely.
• Coach teammates and maintain a safe, orderly workspace.
