Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Mid South is seeking a skilled sheet metal fabrication shop worker to handle all aspects of sheet metal fabrication operations. You will work independently or with a team to ensure timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.

The role requires reading and interpreting technical drawings, operating sheet metal tools, and collaborating with the shop foreman to meet project requirements while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication/welding experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and equipment, including press brakes, shears, and welding equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
