Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking an experienced metal fabrication technician to support C5ISR system installations on military air and ground platforms. You will fabricate, modify, and install precision metal structures to exact Engineering tolerances and assemble mounting hardware.

You will operate CNC equipment, read NAVAIR blueprints, perform corrosion-control treatments, and ensure shock and vibration–resistant installations in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least four years of hands-on experience.
• Experience in at least six of the listed metal fabrication areas.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, modify, and install precision metal structures for C5ISR system installations.
• Operate CNC fabrication machinery and shape metals to tolerances.
• Prepare mounting hardware and ensure shock/vibration resistant installations.
• Finish metal assemblies through deburring and protective treatments.
