Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking an Engineering Technician to support C5ISR systems at NAWCAD Wolf. You will assemble and install parts, perform basic tests, collect data, and assist in fabrication, integration, and maintenance of electronic circuits and mechanical packaging. U.S.

citizenship and security clearance requirements apply. The position offers a salary range based on education and experience, with travel less than 15 days per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering technology or a GED with hands-on experience.
• Experience assembling or installing parts requiring simple wiring, soldering, or connecting.
• Ability to organize and package hardware components into ready-to-install kits per BOM/blueprints.
• Comfort with routine tests, recording results, and simple data plotting.
• Experience using CAD in mechanical/electrical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or install equipment and parts requiring simple wiring or soldering.
• Perform routine tests and operate simple test equipment; record results.
• Gather and maintain records of engineering data; compute and plot data.
• Assist staff in fabrication, integration, testing, and repair of electronics and packaging.
