Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a Field Supervisor to lead on-site installation activities for facility construction projects. You will oversee field labor, coordinating multiple crews and ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with contract specifications.

Daily reporting and administrative duties are part of the role. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervision experience, a track record managing several crews, and experience with projects valued at $500K or more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.
• Experience managing 5 or more crews of 2-3 workers each.
• Verifiable experience on projects of $500K or more.
• Advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented in fast-paced environment.
