Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.
• Experience managing 5 or more crews of 2-3 workers each.
• Verifiable experience on projects of $500K or more.
• Advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction for field installation of assigned projects.
• Own direct responsibility for field labor and coordination.
• Quality control and safety on assigned projects.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings.
• Ensure that installation meets contract scope and specifications.
• Manage daily reports and administrative duties.
