Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Structures Technician for the 2nd shift in Cedar Hill, TX. The role involves performing basic to advanced sheet metal work on airframe components, reading blueprints, and following FAA-compliant procedures in a controlled, on-site environment.

The candidate will work under supervision with opportunities for growth in a leading MRO network, joining a team that values safety, reliability, and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; A&P license not required but welcome.
• Journeyman: 0–5 years of sheet metal experience.
• Master: 5+ years of sheet metal experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic sheet metal operations such as drilling, riveting, cutting on airframe components.
• Apply and remove sealant, sound deadening and finish materials.
• Maintain, clean and repair shop facilities, equipment and tooling.
