Job summary

USA Dutch, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Silk Screening Apprentice to assist in the preparation, setup, and operation of silk screening on sheet metal.

This hands-on role provides training in screen printing techniques, quality control, and safety while developing the skills needed to become a Silk Screening Technician. You will learn alignment, inspection of color and print quality, and support production, finishing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read basic work instructions and drawings.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of silk screening equipment for sheet metal products.
• Prepare and clean screens, inks, and printing materials.
• Learn proper alignment, registration, and printing techniques to ensure accurate image placement.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, color consistency, print clarity, and adherence to specifications.
• Support sheet metal handling, preparation, and finishing operations.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet customer deadlines.
• Identify and report quality issues, equipment problems, or process deviations.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
