GoTeez in Tennessee is seeking an Automatic Press Apprentice to train as an Automatic Press Operator. You’ll work with our production team, learn the screen printing process on real runs, and support press operators by loading shirts and moving them to the dryer.

This hands-on, entry-level role requires no prior experience; on-site training and a clear path to running the press are provided. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow your trade.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Ability to stand for long periods in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced production setting.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload garments off the press.
• Assist the Press Operator with screen setup and production runs.
• Monitor print and garment quality.
• Keep the press area clean and organized.
• Hands-on training on real production runs.
