Qualifications

• Ability to follow complex, detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate silkscreen machinery to print designs and markings on parts and products.
• Prepare screens, inks, and stencils, ensuring accurate alignment and setup.
• Apply serial numbers, logos, and identifiers per drawings and engineering specs.
• Design and use fixtures for screening and airbrushing setups.
• Track finished part counts and maintain production and quality records.
• Monitor ink, solvent, and supply inventory; reorder as needed.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas after use.
• Record production data and route parts to the next department.
• Report discrepancies or quality issues to supervision promptly.
• Follow all safety and hazard procedures.
