Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure, Cardington, OH, seeks a proven Plant Manager to own operations, safety, quality, and profitability in a fast-paced, high-mix/low-volume environment. You will lead production, planning, EHS, and maintenance, driving continuous improvement and cost control.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, expertise in sheet metal fabrication, and strong people skills. Bachelor's degree preferred; CAD/CNC knowledge and ELP/MRP experience are a plus.

Formación

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
Proven experience in metal fabrication (Sheetmetal preferred) within a high-mix/low-volume, fast-paced production environment.
Some college education or significant post-high school training is required.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a track record of talent development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication processes and variables.

Responsabilidades

Provide strategic and operational leadership to Cardington Operations.
Oversee plant functions: Production, Planning & Scheduling, EHS, Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping, Maintenance, Engineering.
Translate forecasts into actionable production plans and capacity planning.
Ensure production schedules, quality standards and on-time delivery (OTD).
Manage plant assets including building, grounds, and machinery.
Champion continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma practices and cost-reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, and staff development.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
