Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheet metal fabrication equipment (CNC punch presses, hydraulic brakes, metal shears).
• Read blueprints and work orders to produce parts to specs.
• Perform basic machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments.
• Measure and inspect finished parts with tapes, calipers, squares, etc.
• Deburr, clean, and prepare parts for assembly or shipment.
• Receive materials and verify packing slips for accuracy.
• Pick materials from inventory per work orders and customer orders.
• Assemble products following work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect for defects and verify quality before packaging.
• Package products securely and label for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Keep production, shipping, and receiving records.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Follow safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Safely operate forklifts when authorized.
• Other production, fabrication, and warehouse duties as assigned.
