Qualifications

• Proven ability to read blueprints, work orders, and shop drawings.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheet metal fabrication equipment (CNC punch presses, press brakes, shears).
• Read blueprints and work orders to produce parts to spec.
• Perform basic machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments.
• Measure and inspect parts with tape measures and calipers to verify dimensions.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment according to orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep production records.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machines.
