Staffmark Group in Danielsville, PA is hiring a Steel Milling Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, drills, and presses according to production specs.

You will read blueprints and process sheets, measure parts with calipers and micrometers, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

This full-time, on-site role offers a pay rate of $22.00 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits through Staffmark Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and understand production instructions and blueprints.
• Basic math skills for measuring and logging production data.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, drills, and presses according to production specs.
• Install, align, and secure dies, punches, blades, fixtures, and tooling.
• Follow work orders and blueprints to meet production goals.
• Monitor machine performance and inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Document measurements with precision tools as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow OSHA standards.
• Support cross-functional production needs to meet customer demands.
