VIP staffing is immediately hiring a Sheet Metal Mechanic for a leading organization in Rio Rancho

This is a Full time Temp to hire opportunity

The Schedule is: Monday - Friday 7am- 3:30 pm

Pay for this position starts at $18.00 per hour

As a Sheet Metal Mechanic you will:

• Perform work on an assembly line such as punching holes for screws or bending gutters.
• Measure, cut and weld pieces together according to specifications, blueprints or directions.
• Connect pieces or secure seams by riveting, rolling, soldering or utilizing steel screws.

Sheet Metal Mechanic candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Minimum 2 years relatable work experience.
• Ability to read Blueprints.
• Familiarity with fitting, bending, rolling and riveting.
• Ability/experience with use of power brake on aircraft allows.
• Must have your own tools.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
