Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production and facility equipment running. The role requires openness to 2nd shift hours (1pm-9:30pm) in a manufacturing plant setting.

Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing equipment failures, reading blueprints, and maintaining thorough CMMS records. The candidate should have a mechanical background with electrical knowledge and experience with card manufacturing machinery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical background with some electrical knowledge.
• Experience with cards manufacturing machinery (Slitters / Flow Wrappers / Hot Foil Stamping or related).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures using standard testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Repair, replace, align, adjust, and install machinery components and equipment.
• Independently perform maintenance work orders with limited supervision.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documents.
• Conduct equipment inspections to identify wear, safety concerns, and operational deficiencies.
• Perform routine welding, fabrication, and machining tasks as needed for repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, parts usage, and completed work documentation within CMMS or maintenance tracking systems.
• Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
