Qualifications

• Read blueprints and interpret designs for sheet metal parts.
• Able to load and operate the Timesaver; deburr parts by hand as required.
• Perform quality checks at the source and document results.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain 5S organized work areas.
• Plan workload and priorities to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain laser cutting and related equipment.
• Move sheet metal safely using vacuum lift and overhead crane.
• Operate Timesaver, waterjet tool, and Bridgeport mill for processes.
• Countersink sheet metal with a manual mill and tap with mandrel tapper.
• Record labor estimates on production orders; maintain SAP entries.
• Keep materials and work areas clean and organized per 5S standards.
