Sobieski New Homes seeks a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber in Georgetown, DE. You will install plumbing systems in new homes, including underground work, rough-ins, and finals. You may also train plumbing helpers and help the team win repeat business through quality installations.

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumber license or 3+ years of new home construction experience
• Ability to read blueprints and perform residential plumbing work
• Install water lines, water heater, sinks, and toilets
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• High school diploma or GED
• Background check and drug screen with valid driver's license and good driving record

Residential New Construction Plumbing

Location: Georgetown, DE

Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber to win repeat business by doing quality installations of plumbing systems in residential new construction, including underground, roughs, and finals. This person would also help train plumbing helpers. Are you interested in a career with a growing company and supportive team? This Residential New Construction Plumbing Installer position earns a competitive wage depending on experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION PLUMBING INSTALLER

• Licensed as a journeyman plumber (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
• Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing construction and ability to read blueprints
• Ability to install water lines, water heater, sinks, and toilets
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen with valid driver's license and good driving record
