Sobieski Custom Homes is looking to hire a full-time Sheet Metal Mechanic for our Custom Homes Division. Our Sheet Metal Mechanic typically works 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with overtime expected during peak periods. The successful Sheet Metal Mechanic is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of residential sheet metal systems and HVAC ductwork for custom home construction projects. This position requires strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and residential HVAC layouts. The role requires experience working in high-end residential construction environments and the ability to work independently while coordinating with supervisors, installers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
