Job summary

SPS is seeking a commercial HVAC sheet metal mechanic to support projects in the Chattanooga/Tennessee and Dalton Georgia area. Previous commercial experience is required for this long‑term role. You will read blueprints, cut and fabricate duct, use power and hand tools, and operate in outdoor conditions while adhering to safety policies.

Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Equal opportunity employer, including disabled and veterans.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC sheet metal experience required.
• Able to read blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements.
• Must have own tools and be capable of outdoor work in all conditions.
• Physically able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Willing to follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.

• Able and willing to walk, stand, and bend for long periods of time
• Willing to follow all safety policies and procedures and wear all required personal protective equipment required for the job
