Job summary

The Staffing Ninja is seeking a Sheet Metal Grinding & Finishing Operator responsible for grinding welds, smoothing surfaces, and finishing precision aluminum sheet metal components. You will use hand grinders, sanders, and finishing tools to produce clean, cosmetic surfaces.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts for quality, removing burrs and imperfections, and maintaining a safe, organized work area in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience grinding and finishing sheet metal preferred.
• Familiarity with aluminum finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
