Job summary

The Staffing Ninja is seeking a Sheet Metal Grinding & Finishing Operator to grind welds, smooth surfaces, and finish precision sheet metal components, primarily aluminum. You will use hand grinders, sanders, and finishing tools to achieve cosmetic and structural quality while inspecting parts for defects and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Ideal candidates have experience with sheet metal finishing and aluminum techniques, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Experience grinding and finishing sheet metal preferred.
• Familiarity with aluminum finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
