Job summary

Weller Metalworks in Libertyville, IL on the 2nd shift seeks a Sheet Metal Forming Technician (Press Brake) to set up and operate the press brake, read blueprints, and deliver zero-defect components in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform first-piece and in-process inspections, use tape measures, calipers, and gauges, and communicate defects quickly while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on press brake experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Comfort with fractions/decimals and precise measurement.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities
