Ivey Mechanical Co. is seeking an on-site project supervisor to lead commercial plumbing/HVAC installation, ensuring safety and quality on schedule. You will guide field crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and review contract documents, shop drawings, and BIM models to resolve constructability issues.

Role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and thorough site oversight to maintain quality and timely delivery across all project phases.

Formación

• Demonstrate working knowledge of commercial construction.
• Ability to review shop CAD/BIM drawings and coordinate with trades.
• Safety-focused with OSHA awareness and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership by communicating with field personnel, subcontractors, and customers.
• Proactively review documents and site to identify constructability issues.
• Kick-off and document safety meetings; ensure OSHA and site safety requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with other trades and review shop drawings/BIM for coordination.
• Maintain daily site reports and keep the site orderly and professional.
• Keep a 3-week look ahead and drive timely completion of the project.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and inspectors; meet commitments.
• Maintain as-built drawings in a neat, professional manner.
