Job summary

Ivey Mechanical Company, LLC is seeking a project supervisor to oversee the installation of commercial plumbing, HVAC, and related systems. You will lead field crews and subcontractors, ensuring work follows contract documents, safety plans, and schedule while maintaining quality and efficiency.

You will review shop drawings and BIM, coordinate with engineers and owners, and maintain daily reports to drive the project to successful, on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction and project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings and submittals.
• Proven leadership of field crews and coordination with subs and customers.
• Proficient with CAD/BIM workflows and MS Office.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field personnel and subs, communicating priorities and safety expectations.
• Perform proactive review of documents and site to identify constructability issues.
• Identify and resolve conflicts to keep work on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, owners, and inspectors on project progress.
• Maintain daily jobsite reports and ensure clean, safe work areas.
