Karber Corporation (K CORP) is seeking a Commercial Sheet Metal Foreman to lead and coordinate sheet metal installation teams on our projects. You will interpret blueprints, plan tasks, and direct field crews to install ductwork and ventilation systems while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will manage daily site activities, mentor workers, and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial mechanical and/or plumbing construction scenarios.
• 2+ years in foreman/lead/supervisory roles on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing/mechanical systems and codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sheet metal workers on construction sites.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan work assignments.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Monitor project progress and quality to meet deadlines and standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members for skill development.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth execution.
