Job summary

ColonialWebb Contractors Company seeks a Sheet Metal Foreman to supervise mechanics, apprentices, and helpers in installing and repairing sheet metal systems. You will interpret blueprints, coordinate crew assignments, and ensure safety and quality on Richmond-area projects.

Candidates should have at least four years in the field, knowledge of IMC/SMACNA, OSHA 10, and the ability to read project documents in English. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential for on-site success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of IMC, SMACNA and general HVAC systems.
• OSHA 10-hour certification and OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of mechanics, apprentices and helpers.
• Direct installation of sheet metal equipment and joints per specs.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders for installation scope.
• Review and release shop drawings and spool drawings as needed.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies on site.

Sheet Metal Foreman - ConstructionThe primary responsibility of the Sheet Metal Foreman is supervising and coordinating activities of Mechanics, Apprentices, and Helpers engaged in assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and equipment.
