Wastequip has an immediate opportunity for a Fabricator to support our New Salisbury, NC Steel manufacturing operation. This is a full-time position with great benefits including health insurance, 401K Plan, Paid Vacation/Sick time, and so much more.

The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to fabricate steel parts and tools using a variety of machines. Shift Hours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Monday-Friday) Hourly Pay: $21.37 The ideal candidate will fabricate steel parts and

Competenze

• Experience operating a Press Brake and/or Shear.
• Ability to read blueprints and measure with a tape.
• Basic math and problem-solving in a fast-paced production setting.

Mansioni

• Fabricate steel and other metal parts per work orders/blueprints.
• Operate Press Brake and/or Shear and adjust rake and pressure.
• Position and clamp stops, guides, and set lengths for cuts.
• Move and position workpieces with hoists/cranes and load onto machines.
• Inspect finished parts for correct dimensions.
