Wastequip has an immediate opportunity for a Fabricator to support our New Salisbury, NC steel manufacturing operation. This full-time role offers great benefits including health insurance, 401K, paid vacation and sick time. The ideal candidate will fabricate steel parts and tools using a variety of machines.

Shift hours are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with an hourly pay of $21.37. Responsibilities include fabricating parts per orders and blueprints, operating a press brake or

Formación

• Experience operating a press brake and/or shear; setup experience a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and measure parts accurately
• Basic understanding of CNC controls and production processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and pass EHS tests and clearances

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate steel and other metal parts as indicated by the work order and blueprints
• Operate a Press Brake and/or Shear
• Adjust rake and blade pressure and set length and angle of cuts
• Position and clamp stops and guides; load and feed material
• Inspect finished parts for accurate dimensions and quality
