Responsibilities

• Completes the assigned sheet metal fabrication task including operating CNC plasma table, liner cut table, lock seam roller machines, and hand tools.
• Proficient in handling sheet metal while operating machines.
• Learn operation of all shop machinery and follow safety requirements.
• Attend shop meetings and be prepared to address issues.
• Provide labor for the job in a positive, efficient, timely manner.
• Prioritize safety and safe practices during all tasks.
• Help ensure quality and profitability by minimizing waste in materials and labor.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn the trade and assist as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
