Job summary

You will learn to operate cnc punching, waterjet cutting, and press brakes while assisting senior staff and maintaining materials and tools in a collaborative shop environment. Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in sheet metal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in CNC Punch Press, Waterjet Cutting Center, and Press Brakes operations to fabricate sheet metal.
• Keep department stocked with materials and tools.
• Cut sheet and blanks for machines using hydraulic shears and cutting tools.
• Break-out parts from Punch Press and Omax Waterjet.
• Clean work areas, machines and equipment; deliver parts to other departments.
