Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for a Manufacturing Sheet Metal Fabricator in Maryville, TN. The position offers $18 per hour, full-time hours, and a temp-to-hire path.

The role involves operating sheet metal equipment, producing parts, verifying dimensions, and recording transactions in the ERP. Safety, accuracy, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Wear required PPE including safety glasses and gloves.
• Follow directions and work safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Lift and carry parts and materials up to 50 lbs.
• Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, and reach as needed.
• Work around various chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet metal equipment, including deburr, PEM, shear, Timesaver, and blast cabinet machines.
• Produce fabricated parts under the guidance of a skilled sheet metal fabricator.
• Measure and verify basic part dimensions and tolerances using standard measuring tools.
• Record labor and material transactions in the ERP system.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all procedures and safety regulations.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
