Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Position Overview

Location: Norristown, PA | Pay Range: $15–$40/hour | Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Operate brake presses, shears, layout tools, welders (TIG/MIG/Stick/Laser)
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Support and lead production tasks
• Mentor and train team members
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficient production flow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Fabrication experience (required for Levels 2–4)

Experience Levels and Pay

• Entry-Level Shop Helper / Trainee: $15–$20/hr
• Level 1 – Apprentice: $21–$25/hr
• Level 2 – Intermediate: $26–$30/hr
• Level 3 – Junior Foreman: $31–$35/hr
• Level 4 – Foreman: $36–$40/hr

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

This position involves working in a fabrication shop environment with exposure to machinery, tools, airborne particles, heat, and noise. Proper PPE is provided and required. Responsibilities include standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating tools and equipment while following safety procedures.
