We're Hiring: Sheet Metal Fabricator – Level 4 (Foreman)

Location: Norristown, PA | Pay: $36–$40/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Level 4 Sheet Metal Fabricator (Foreman) who can take the lead on jobs, uphold shop standards, and coach the next generation of fabricators. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who leads with both hands and heart.

What You’ll Do

Lead fabrication projects and manage priorities Oversee machinery use and ensure quality control Mentor and train team members Coordinate with internal teams to hit deadlines

What You Need

7+ years in a fabrication setting Advanced technical skills and welding proficiency Strong ability to lead others and manage priorities High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

$36–$40/hour based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Health Insurance and Retirement Benefits Influence over shop processes and team development Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

This position operates in a fabrication shop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving machinery, metalworking tools, airborne particles, heat, and noise associated with fabrication equipment. Proper PPE (personal protective equipment) is provided and required.

The Role Requires The Ability To

Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly Use hand and power tools with precision and control Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Work safely in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Occasionally work in awkward positions or confined spaces as needed
