Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus five years in related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with construction costs, sheet metal, duct work, and metal concepts.
• Advanced computer skills; working on projects from $100k to $5M.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, requirements and specifications.
• Develop accurate labor, equipment costs and quantity takeoffs.
• Prepare estimates at conceptual, schematic, DD and CD stages.
• Coordinate with owners, clients and engineers pre-construction.
• Lead the team to develop estimates and manage risks.
