Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for liaising with clients and teams.
• Strong understanding of material compliance with SMACNA standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop cost estimates for sheet metal and HVAC ductwork.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Create detailed cost estimates and monitor proposal deadlines.
• Solicit and review bids from subcontractors and vendors.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret mechanical project documents

Proficiency in sheet metal estimating software

Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Working knowledge of sheet metal gauges and materials

Understanding of SMACNA standards
